Prohibit Access to Digital Documents

In an electric world, you must be able to prohibit access to your electronic documents. This means you may need to configure the body in a way that allows only some of those you give permission to see the info they need to do their job.

You need to prohibit access to get four different types of people: the users, important computer data, your documents plus your servers. You can create these people in a role-based way so that the appropriate policies and control buttons are utilized on their activities.

Documents you want to protect should be encrypted in application level so that they can not be viewed by anyone who is not a user. This will stop unauthorized get-togethers from browsing them and in addition stop them from burning the files to USB equipment.

Your documents can be protected simply by setting limitations on the length of time each user has permission to read, modify or produce. You can also limit the number of replications that a person has of your document.

Limit the use of firm passwords and usernames in your system. This will stop unauthorized individuals from getting access to exclusive company email accounts and sensitive parts of your system together with your credentials.

You can even restrict access to your documents with the use of digital signatures and secure conversation systems. These technologies let you encrypt files and send them just to specific receivers, using general population key cryptography. They also permit you to set expiration periods on the file.
